OPENING TIMES RESTAURANT

OPENING TIMES KITCHEN

Debora Schwarz

Owner

We’ve been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, putting our heart and soul into it. Friendliness, a smile, a warm hello, good food, simple drinks and a relaxed atmosphere.

A hostess with joy and passion.

Here in our restaurant, we want everyone to feel right at home.

Luca Talini

Head of kitchen

For over 40 years, our head chef has been living out his passion for good food and authentic cuisine. Influenced by the Mediterranean cuisine of the Tuscan coast and his many years of experience in the Bernese Oberland, he brings together traditional specialities, fresh ingredients and a great deal of passion on every plate.

Jessica Pfützner

restaurant staff

Ever since my school days, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working in the service industry. I love interacting with guests and try to anticipate their needs. I have many fond memories of this restaurant, which is why I’m particularly delighted to be returning to the new team from the old one. Today, Dehei feels a little bit like home to me too.

Alessandro Betti

Cook

I learned to cook from my Italian family: with an eye for detail, respect for fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality. For me, good cuisine isn’t just about taste—it’s also about the feeling you give your guests. Fresh ingredients and satisfied guests are what matter most to me.

A warm “Benvenuto” and “Dolce Vita” at Dehei

Vakant

All-rounder

I enjoy working in the kitchen and helping the team with their day-to-day tasks. My duties include preparing ingredients, cleaning, and keeping the kitchen tidy. I am reliable and motivated, and I’m always happy to lend a hand wherever help is needed.
